Shipping and returns information

Where we ship to:

We ship worldwide!  We offer a variety of shipping options from economy standard airmail to fast, tracked courier services for those urgent orders.  Please see below for further information on the shipping services we offer and the corresponding delivery times.

Please bear in mind that large items such as canvases and framed photographs can only be sent by courier due to their size.

How quickly we dispatch your order:

Order by 11am for same day dispatch. If your order is received by 11am GMT, we will endeavour to dispatch it the very same day!

Please note that same day dispatch is not available for framed items and canvases which are generally dispatched within 2 - 3 business days.

How your order will be packed:

Orders for 8x10" photographs are sent in A4 cardboard backed envelopes inside protective film sleeves.  12x16" photographs are generally sent in A3 cardboard backed envelopes within the UK and rolled inside sturdy postal tubes for dispatch abroad.

All prints above 12x16" are sent rolled inside sturdy postal tubes.

Framed prints and canvases are sent securely packed inside telescopic picture frame boxes.

Delivery rates:

UK

Standard delivery within the UK is FREE! Express delivery is available and calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order.  Orders are generally dispatched via Royal Mail however we may use Hermes and DHL courier services to deliver bulky or high value orders.

European Union

Standard Airmail delivery is just £2.99 Flat Rate Per Order.  Priority delivery is available and calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order.

Please note: large items such as framed photographs and canvases can only be sent by courier and these charges are calculated during the checkout process based on the size and weight of the items your order.

Rest Of World

Standard Airmail delivery is just £3.99 Flat Rate Per Order.  Priority delivery is available and calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of your order.

Delivery Times:

UK

Standard, FREE delivery - orders are generally delivered within 2 - 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Delivery - orders are delivered on the next business day from the date of dispatch.

Please be advised that framed photographs and canvases take 2 - 3 business days to frame/produce before they are ready for dispatch. Please take this lead time into account when ordering these items.

European Union

Standard Airmail - orders are generally delivered within 5 - 15 business days.  Tracking is not available for Standard Airmail delivery. If you wish to be able to track delivery progress, please choose Priority Airmail.

Priority Airmail - orders receive priority handling by the mail services both in the UK and overseas and generally delivered within 5 - 10 days. Tracking is available on this service and you will be able to track progress until the package leaves the UK.  Availability of tracking in the destination country is entirely dependent on the local mail service.  Most destination countries do provide limited tracking upon arrival.

Express Courier - orders are delivered within 2 - 4 business days and fully tracked online and every step of the way from the moment they are collected from our offices to the moment they are delivered safely to you.

Rest of World

Standard Airmail - orders are generally delivered within 10 - 25 business days.  Tracking is not available for Standard Airmail delivery. If you wish to be able to track delivery progress, please choose Priority Airmail.

Cancelling an order already placed:

All orders are produced specially to order for each customer.  If you have had a change of mind after placing an order, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order due to change of mind.  Orders that have already been produced or entered the production process, are subject to a 25% materials fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Full details of your rights to cancel are set out in our Terms & Conditions. Your unwanted item(s) should be returned to us promptly in a saleable condition, unused and adequately protected, preferably in the original packaging. Proof of postage should be obtained for any item returned, in case of non-delivery of returned items.

High value returns (order value over £36) must be sent back to us by a traceable method with proof of delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s) to us.

Returns: 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Damaged/Lost in Post:

We endeavour to ensure that you will receive your items safely and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any item in your order is lost in post or received damaged, a free replacement or refund will be issued. Please contact us (for details, see Section 1.6 of our Terms & Conditions) for advice on returning damaged or defective items. 

Incorrect item:

If we have made an error during the packing process please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the correct item(s) , if available, upon verification and ask for the return of the incorrect item. Your return postage will be refunded.

If you have registered an account with us, you can initiate returns online through your order history by logging into your account and viewing your completed orders. 

To initiate a return, you simply click on the "return item(s)" button next to the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. 

On the next screen, select the items you wish to return along a return reason, action you would like (replacement, refund, store credit or refund) and any notes you wish to add and submit your returns request.  We will review your returns request and keep you updated with regard to the progress of your return by email.
